Matt Jordan a regular contributor to this blog proclaimed earlier this week that he knows spring is here each year with the start of March Madness. For me, Spring has not officially Sprung in Tunica until what I affectionately call “Crawfish” week or officially know as the annual Tunica Downtown Event – called the Rivergate Festival.
Here’s a slot machine myth I read in a personal finance newsletter, of all places. It quoted an “expert” as saying players should look for three-reel machines with a cherry on the middle reel sitting on the payline. That cherry supposedly was the tipoff that a bigger payoff was on the way.
Spring is finally here. It’s not because flowers are in bloom or because birds are in the air or because the weather seems to have warmed up a little. The only way I ever even notice Spring has started is because March Madness usually marks the beginning of Springtime for me.
