Gold Strike Casino Resort welcomes ’80s hair metal band Warrant with special guest Tora Tora on Friday, Jan. 15, 2027, at 8 p.m.

Warrant emerged from Hollywood’s Sunset Strip music scene and rose to national prominence with the release of its multiplatinum debut album, “Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich,” in 1989. The album introduced audiences to rock favorites, including “Down Boys,” “Sometimes She Cries” and “Heaven,” which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The band followed its successful debut with 1990’s “Cherry Pie.” The album produced the Top 10 hits “Cherry Pie,” “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” and “I Saw Red” and sold more than 3 million copies. Its title track has remained a fixture in popular culture, appearing in movies, television shows, commercials and the video game Guitar Hero II.

The band’s current lineup features lead vocalist Robert Mason alongside longtime members Jerry Dixon, Steven Sweet, Joey Allen and Erik Turner.
