Blackberry Smoke is an American country rock band formed in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2000. They have released eight studio albums, two live albums and five extended plays.

They are the first independently released artist to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Country Album charts in modern history. Their debut album, Bad Luck Ain’t No Crime, was released in 2003.
