• Friday October 31^st, 2025, from 8:00PM-11:00PM
• The contest will be held in the raised area in the back of Taste of Hollywood.
• Register from 8PM-10PM. Contestants will pick from 3 categories: Couples, Scariest and Most Original. Only one category can be selected per person.
• Winners will be announced at 11:00 PM
• Costumes concealing identity will not be permitted on the casino floor.
• Prizes will be awarded for the Top 3 of each category.
• Must be a member of the PENN Play Rewards.
