Lead Services – The Tunica CVB staff will distribute RFP’s on your behalf and help you receive and sort out bids from area facilities, hotels and attractions.
Site Visits – The Tunica CVB staff can coordinate site inspections to assist with meeting venue selection and planning.
Promotional Materials – Brochures and handouts for your attendees can be provided free of charged.
Planning Assistance – The Tunica CVB staff can provide assistance with spousal programs, speaker selection, group outing information or dining and entertainment information.
Media List – An updated list of local and regional media outlets to publicize your event is available.
Liaisons with Public Officials – The Tunica CVB can serve as a contact between you and civic organizations, both local and regional.

The Memphis International Airport is about a half-hour away from the Tunica Resort area.
Tunica hotels do not offer a shuttle to and from the airport but groups may arrange to have a shuttle service hired for airport pick-ups. The weather in Tunica is Southern – hot in the summer, cool and breezy in the winter. Fall and spring are magnificent. On average, we get 54 inches of rain. In addition, be sure to check out the area museums including the Gateway to the Blues Museum & Visitor Center and the Tunica RiverPark & Museum located right on the banks of the Mississippi River. In the town of Tunica, enjoy some home cookin’ at the Blue & White or stop in one of our local gift shops. Fitz Meetings
A great meeting starts with great accommodations at Fitz Casino & Hotel Tunica. The Great Hall can be split into four sections and accommodate 800 people in a theater setting or 400 people in a banquet setting. They also have the Ireland Room, which can accommodate up to 50 people.
