Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary
1) How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Promotion begins 12:00 a.m. CDT April 16, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. CDT June 3, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on, June 3, 2026 to be eligible for the final drawing. To enter to win, visitors must submit their email address at tunicatravel.com/giveaway.
Entrant may submit multiple entries to increase their chance of winning during the duration of the promotion. Additional entries will be available upon following of social media pages (Facebook and Instagram).
2) Prizes and Winner Selection: After submitting their email address, entrants will receive an email offering a free Tunica Backpack Cooler while supplies last. Entrant must pick up prize from the Gateway to the Blues Museum & Visitor Center during regular business hours by presenting a copy of their registration email via printed copy or on their phone. Gateway to the Blues hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
From the complete list of contest entries, prize winners will be selected on or before June 5 in a random drawing from the eligible entries submitted to win one of four getaways to Tunica. The drawing will take place at the Gateway to the Blues Visitor Center before June 5, 2026. The Tunica Always a Winner Prizes include:
- Fitz Casino Tunica prize package including two-night stay valid any day of the week (subject to availability), $200 Slot Free Play ($100 per person, up to two – must enroll in MYEDGE Club), and $100 Dominick’s Food + Spirits food credit.
- Gold Strike Casino Resort prize package including two-night stay any day of the week (subject to availability), pair of tickets to concert of the winner’s choice at the Millenium Theatre, private car service up to 40 miles to and from the property and $200 food voucher at Chicago Steakhouse.
- Hollywood Casino Tunica prize package including two-night stay valid any day of the week (subject to availability) and complimentary round of golf for two at River Bend Links.
- Horseshoe Casino & Hotel Tunica prize package including two-night stay valid any day of the week based on availability, dinner for two at Jack Binion’s Steak OR Guy Fieri’s Tunica Kitchen + Bar, and spa service at The Spa at Horseshoe.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners are required to respond to the notification within 72 hours and receive confirmation of their response. If winner is unreachable after 72 hours, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and its Affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
3) Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents of the Memphis, TN DMA and their broadcast viewing areas, who are 21 years of age or older as of April 16, 2026 with some restrictions. Entries must contain all required information to be considered valid. Employees of the Sponsors (including the Tunica Convention & Visitors Bureau and all 5 Tunica Casino Properties), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, web site providers/webmasters and immediate family members (and those living in their same households) of each employee are not eligible. Anyone evicted from any of the 5 Tunica Casino Properties are ineligible to participate. All persons prohibited by the Mississippi Gaming Commissions’ Voluntary Self Exclusion Program are ineligible to participate. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state, municipal, provincial or any other government laws. Subject to all federal, state, local, municipal, provincial and local laws. By entering this Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and acknowledges that they have read the eligibility requirements and that he/she meets those requirements.
4) Prize Terms and Conditions: Prizes are subject to availability and restrictions. Dates the prizes will be valid may vary. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. All taxes, gratuities and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winner. These prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted.
5) General Rules: All taxes and fees related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners grant permission for Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, to use his/her name, likeness, voice and/or hometown, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or loss of revenue, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Affiliates, its parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Promotion, any prize won or in any Promotion-related activity. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion. In its sole determination, Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of the Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, be compromised by virus, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes thus corrupting or impairing administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion, or submission of entries, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and randomly select winners from valid Internet entries received prior to such action.
6) Disputes: In the event of any dispute, all parties agree that the judgment and determination of the Directors of the Tunica County Tourism Commission shall be final and binding in the awarding of the Tunica’s Always a Winner Getaway Giveaway. In event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the winner will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter the Promotion. The potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.
7) Winners’ List: Names of the winners will be available after June 8, 2026 on the website.
