Have you registered for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism? If not, you still have time. This year’s conference will be held in Tunica – The Gateway to the Blues – September 23 – 25. Gold Strike Casino will be your host hotel and will be rolling out the gold carpet.
A great conference has been planned beginning with “Rollin on the River” Sunday afternoon at Tunica’s RiverPark, where you can play in a blackjack tournament, play corn hole or croquet. Then, on to Gold Strike for the opening reception. Put your blue on for the “Blue Tie Affair”. Wear your blue suede shoes and plan to dance the night away with the Memphis Ice Breakers.
As always, informative and educational seminars have been scheduled throughout Monday and Tuesday. On Monday night, dine at one of our famous restaurants. The conference ends Tuesday with the Governor’s Award Banquet where the best of the best will be recognized.
