Bonkerz Comedy Featuring Vince Taylor at Gold Strike Casino Resort

A natural entertainer, Vince has gone from putting on shows for his parents in the living room at six years old to appearing on BET’s Black College Tour and sharing the stage with a number of hot comedians including Tony Rock, Michael Blackson, Guy Torre, Carlos Mencia and more.  Born in Albany, GA, raised in St. Louis, MO, and finally settling down in Central Florida, Vince is the son of two ministers.  He brings an edgy yet refreshing worldview to the stage. Influenced by Chris Rock, George Lopez, Sinbad, Adam Sandler and Martin Lawrence, he pours his life into each performance bringing an unmatched level of energy and charisma. Vince channels that energy and passion into shedding light on issues within the community. Though he believes he is here to help bring both joy and justice to the world, ultimately Vince simply loves to see folks happy and has dedicated his life to putting smiles on peoples’ faces.

Gold Strike is proud to present the world-renowned Bonkerz Comedy Series every Thursday night in the Gold Strike Theater.

Bonkerz has hosted the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, Drew Carey, Larry The Cable Guy, Carrot Top, Andrew Dice Clay, Sam Kinison. Paul Reiser and many others.

“We opened in 1997, and in 1998 we got our first casino industry award for Bonkerz Tunica,” said Bonkerz Comedy Production Founder and President Joe Sanfelippo. “Since then we’ve had dozens of awards including a special award from The Emmy’s to recognize our involvement in Louie Anderson’s career. We have worked with more than 100 casinos since our start in Tunica and will always feel grateful to the Tunica casino industry for giving us our first chance and helping make us the successful company we are today.”

Tickets for the weekly Bonkerz comedy shows are $15, $22.50 and $30 plus tax and service fee. A four pack of tickets starts at $58.80 plus tax and service fee. Two specialty drinks will be featured in the Gold Strike Theater each Thursday including the One Liner, a frozen daiquiri made with vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice and blue curacao and the Callback, a frozen daiquiri made with gold tequila, amaretto, peach schnapps and pineapple juice, $13 each.
