CHICAGO STEAKHOUSE VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER
Gold Strike guests are invited to indulge in Chef Jared Wells Valentine’s Day dinner menu. Start the evening off with crispy pork belly, bleu cheese, macerated strawberries and balsamic drizzle. Offered appetizers are spiced grilled shrimp and fried polenta cake served with tomato lime butter or smoked quail spring rolls with Vietnamese dipping sauce ($25). Specialty salads are available for ($14) and include: roasted beet salad with micro arugula, red onion, goat cheese, honey roasted cashew topped with champagne vinaigrette, or wedge salad with bacon, cheddar, onion, carrot, cucumber, apple, tomato and croutons. Guests can select from the following entrees: six ounce filet mignon and truffle butter served beside a six ounce lobster tail and au gratin potatoes ($99) or blackened seabass and scallops with saffron lobster risotto and tarragon ivory cream ($49). A beautifully put together chocolate heart box includes cheesecake, macaroons and petit fours ($25) to end the night on a sweet note.
