Buffet Americana Enhances Dinner Menu at Gold Strike Casino Resort

BUFFET AMERICANA ENHANCES DINNER MENU OFFERINGS
Gold Strike’s Buffet Americana is elevating the guest experience by enhancing its dinner menu offerings. Friday through Sunday, guests can enjoy prime rib, stuffed crab shells and fried and raw oysters. Smothered pork chops, teriyaki salmon, braised short ribs and rib tips are additional proteins being added to the nightly rotation.

Buffet Americana has also added three new stations: Asian, pizza and fajita. The Asian station includes fried egg rolls, potstickers, fried rice, egg drop soup, fried green beans and tempura chicken or shrimp. The pizza station includes meatballs, stromboli and calzones. The fajita station serves fajitas, quesadillas and queso with chips.

Guests can enhance their buffet experience even more by adding a frozen Mexican Sunset margarita. A small margarita is $6 and a large is $11. Dinner at Buffet Americana is available Wednesday-Sunday. Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday the price is $27.99 for dine-in and $23.00 for to go. Friday and Saturday the price is $34.99 for dine-in and $29.00 for to go.
