January 1st rang in the New Year 2015 and with it came the all-new Gateway to the Blues Museum.  Located alongside America’s Blues Highway 61 at the entrance of the Tunica Resort area, the new museum officially opened to the public on January 26th.  The 3,500 square foot museum is an addition to the Gateway to the Blues Visitor Center that opened in the restored one room train depot in 2013.  The exhibition represents one of the most important collections of Blues artifacts and memorabilia in the country.  Over seven hundred items help to illuminate our story about the origin…
