Dress at Don B’s is casual but in a sophisticated steakhouse atmosphere. Lunch on Saturday: Cornucopia Buffet at Bally’s

This will be a weekend full of special meals for you and your date, and a trip to Tunica wouldn’t be complete without a buffet visit. The Cornucopia Buffet at Bally’s serves Tex-Mex, Southern-style food, Asian, a desert station and other buffet favorites. Sleep in on Saturday and have a late lunch, because hours are 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. Saturday.

Dinner on Saturday: Fairbanks Steakhouse at Hollywood

In addition to steakhouse selections such as filet mignon, porterhouse and New York strip, Fairbanks has a generous seafood menu. Friday is the night to hit the poker room at the Horseshoe. Be there by 6 p.m. to be ready for the beginning of the deep stack, no limit Texas hold’em poker tournament with a $4,000 guaranteed prize pool. Here are the details for entry:

• Enter for a $75 buy in, $15 entry fee and $10 optional bonus chips
• $3,000 in chips for buy-in, $10 optional $2,000 in bonus chips
• 1 optional $50 re-buy for $5,000 in chips

Saturday Night Poker at Gold Strike

At 7 p.m. have a seat at one of the 16 tables on the second-floor Gold Strike poker room. The $2,000 guarantee deep stack game has a buy in of $100. You can sign up from 6 p.m. until the first break of the tournament. If you or a date needs a refresher before you feel comfortable to play, free lessons are available. A players card is required for entry.

Sunday Morning Poker at Sam’s Town

No-limit hold ’em is Sunday morning at Sam’s Town for $40 plus $10 buy in. You and your date will start with $3,000 in tournament chips, and each level lasts 20 minutes. The prize pool is $500 for first, $300 for second and $200 for third.
