If you’re looking for the total casino experience, look no further than Horseshoe Casino Tunica. The Horseshoe has it all – the latest games, fantastic dining and word-class entertainment. But my favorite part of the Horseshoe might actually be the hotel.
If I’m down in Tunica for a quick trip, I usually just make it a late night and head back home in time to watch the sun rise. But if I’m making a weekend of it, the Horseshoe is near the top of my list when it comes to deciding where to stay.
They’ve got more than 500 rooms for you to choose from, including a 14-story tower with 311 suites, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, meeting rooms and retail shops. Many of the rooms have great views of the Mississippi River – I’d suggest asking for a room with a view. You won’t be disappointed. For a casino as rocking as the Horseshoe, with bands playing nearly every night and an always-packed casino floor, you’d be amazed at how quiet it is once you get to your room. It makes for a perfect setting to grab a power nap before I head back downstairs to get in on the action. After all, I can sleep at home. I come to Tunica to play
Luckily, Horseshoe makes it worth your while to stay with some great hotel specials. For instance, book the Legendary Getaway, and relax in one of the comfortable guest rooms and enjoy a $50 food credit at the Village Square buffet – starting at just $90+taxes. Not a bad deal!
Of course, you don’t go to Tunica to sleep, so the rest of this month, I’ll be filling you in on the gaming, dining and entertainment features that make Horseshoe the place to see and be seen. And if you’ve got any questions about Horseshoe and what it has to offer, be sure to ask them in the comments, and I’ll be sure to get an answer for you. Stay tuned!
